We work closely with lighting designers and architects and develop individual solutions together. Our modern luminaire manufactory stands for contemporary design and high quality craftsmanship. Then you are exactly the right person for an apprenticeship as a Metalworker (specializing in Metal Design) at Bergmeister Leuchten GmbH.
Your daily tasks:
As a metalworker specializing in metal design, you will learn over a 3.5-year apprenticeship how to produce and assemble metal constructions and forged components for lamps and other objects. During this process, you will work with structural steels, alloyed steels, aluminum, and copper alloys. You will learn to shape these materials with your hands by hardening, annealing, driving, bending, soldering, riveting, or welding them.
You will oversee the creation of a lamp, from the raw material to the installation of modern LED technology, all the way to the final assembly at the customer’s or contractor’s site.
