Catenary Luminaires
Catenary luminaires from the Bergmeister manufactory seem to defy the laws of physics. Glowing rings float weightlessly between rows of houses. However, one must not be deceived; the luminaires, made of aluminum and plexiglas and suspended by cables, present a significant challenge for the luminaire designer. The advantage of these hanging lights is that they bring the light point to the center of a square.
The interior of the luminaires leaves nothing to be desired for urban planners: glare-free, downward-facing light with various brightness levels, a frequency range that is harmless to insects, and each component can be individually controlled via DALI as desired.
