Munich – Theresa Bar

MYSTERIOUS ATMOSPHERE THROUGH LIGHTING

Upon entering the Theresa Bar in Munich, one is enveloped by a mysterious glow. The lighting concept and light objects were created by the design firm Seven Elohim, with the pieces produced by Bergmeister Leuchten.

Each fixture alludes to cosmological and physical entities in both name and design. For instance, the shimmering discs of the “navaghraha” light represent the planets of the solar system. The three-dimensional light object “mangal” symbolizes the connection to fire, heat, and warmth. The rectangular wall light “sthan,” which can be mounted both horizontally and vertically, signifies structure and knowledge. The polished bronze material of the fixtures creates a shimmering patina that adds a mystical flair to the space.
