Homogeneous Light – Minimized Glare

REFINEMENT IN SEAMLESS DESIGN

Minimalistic mirror spotlight fixtures—completely without weld seams—the Bergmeister lights in the old town of Hammelburg at the renovated cattle market and the adjacent streets impress with their simplicity. The metal components are joined with precision through fitting, screwing, and pulling techniques. This results in an aesthetic that is desired: high-quality, artisan craftsmanship that flows harmoniously in shape. The team at Bergmeister Leuchten has once again demonstrated that craftsmanship creates lasting values. The four-meter-tall fixtures integrate seamlessly into the old town. Here, the planners intentionally employed mirror technology to minimize glare points and strategically place the light. The reflector is angled to ensure that the reflected light illuminates the narrow streets effectively while minimizing glare on the adjacent facades and residences.

Refined Mirror Reflector Technology

An aluminum-coated mirror reflector effectively disperses the light from the LEDs. The result of the spotlight fixtures is remarkable: a soft, homogeneous light bathes the narrow streets in a pleasant and subtle ambiance. Despite the low height of the light points, the mirror reflector technology ensures that there is no sense of glare beneath the fixture. With the Hammelburg model, Bergmeister Leuchten, in collaboration with the lighting design firm Studio Dinnebier, created a tailored and ideal solution for challenging urban conditions.
